Sailaja Vissamsetti, Founder of Sahaja Foundation always wanted to give back to the society. Married in the early years, continued studies with help of husband and parents. Sailaja, constantly desired to pay back to the society as a token of gratitude. With her extensive knowledge and expertise after completing M.Sc Psychology she started taking up counseling cases for marital related issues.In this process, she recognized that a strong base of moral values is required in this generation children which has to imbibe from the childhood itself. For this, she started the foundation and started approaching the children in schools and colleges strongly into educational sector serving the students in creating Social and Mental Awareness in various aspects.

Scholarships and other monetary benefits are also being provided to the students who are below the poverty line but excelling themselves in academics.

Sailaja, likes to pen down her thoughts in her free time, many of her stories are published in various websites and her experienced Psychologist reviews are published in Covai Post frequently. Apart from the foundation, she is a playing a key role in the Telangana Psychologists Association, as State Organizing Secretary.

She keeps an interest in doing fabric painting, mural art, newspaper art and much more whenever she can. She loves to spend time with her grandchildren and takes positive energy from the little souls.
